The “Golden Window” for Cancellations

The moment you place an order on our website, it means you have chosen the drug you want us to send you. Our systems will notify the pharmacy, and it will begin preparing your order, and our logistics team will dispatch a courier only then.

  • Standard Orders: You can cancel your orders and request a refund as long as the order has not been delivered or it has not yet been shipped for delivery, and before the pharmacy has prepared the medication.
  • To cancel, go to your account dashboard or respond to our email.
  • The “Point of No Return”: Once a pharmacist has prepared the medicine and packaged it, we are not willing to take it back. At this stage, the medicine only needs to be delivered; you have already purchased it.

Why Can’t I Cancel After My Order Has Been Processed?

The only reason we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed is safety because federal and state laws prevent pharmacies from taking back their products once they have been delivered. However, doing so is impossible once the product is with the patient, and we cannot take back the medicine you ordered; you bought it once you placed an order.

Delivery Issues & Refusals

If a courier delivers your order to your doorstep and you are not there to collect it, or you choose to cancel the order after it has been delivered, it means that the order will be returned to the pharmacy, and you will be charged for the return shipping.

  • Failed Delivery: If our courier cannot reach you due to an incorrect address or if you have changed your address, we will try to contact you. If the medicine needs to be returned to the pharmacy, we may charge you a return-to-pharmacy fee to cover the time spent trying to locate your address or for failing to inform us of the change.
  • Refusing to Take Delivery: If the package is delivered to the address you gave us, but you change your mind when it arrives, it will not automatically trigger a refund. Because the medicine has been delivered and cannot be reused, we ask you to please refuse the package before it reaches you so we can find a better solution.

What if we make a mistake?

  • Wrong Delivery: If the medicine delivered to you is incorrect or the dosage is not the one recommended, do not open the package; instead, contact our support team. If you do so, we will deliver the right medicine or dosage at no extra cost and will help you return the wrong delivery.
  • Damaged Goods: If your package appears to be damaged or wet, take a photo and send it to us. We will ask the pharmacy to replace the order.

Refunds: The Details

If a cancellation is possible or we made a mistake, we would like to refund you in the following cases:

  • Processing Time: We initiate a refund the moment you cancel your order. However, if you cancel your order on a Sunday, it may take at least three days or a week for the refund to be processed.
  • Partial Refunds: If you order three items and only one is out of stock, we will partially refund the cost of the missing item and proceed with the remaining order to ensure you receive your medicines as soon as possible.
